Daily: Wipe down your mask cushion with a CPAP wipe to remove facial oils.
Weekly: Wash the entire mask—frame, cushion, and headgear—in warm, mild, fragrance-free soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and let all parts air dry completely before reassembly.
Tips: Avoid using alcohol-based or harsh cleaners, as they can degrade the mask. Always air dry the mask components out of direct sunlight to prevent warping or damage. Replace your mask cushion and headgear every 1–3 months for optimal fit and hygiene.
