Returns
We happily accept returns on most unopened products within 30 days of the ship date. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note, opened items or those missing their original safety seals or stickers are not eligible for return. Please reach out to us for return instructions.
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. A refund notification will be sent to the email address on file.

Manufacture Defects
If you receive an item that is defective due to a manufacturing error, we’re happy to replace it at no cost to you. Simply email us a photo of the defect, along with your order number.
